SUMMER SHIRT

 

You can earn a summer shirt if you attend 10 or more

summer practices.

Coaches will be keeping track of attendance. Please make sure to sign in each practice.


 

SUMMER CAMP & Family Picnic

 

JULY 7th - 11th, 2025 & JULY 12th, 2025

 

A five day camp filled with running and team building activities. This helps our athletes get to know each other better. We will pass out forms to sign up in summer practice.  Saturday, July 12th: Family Picnic (rain date July 13th)

 

 

 

More information and Times will be sent out by Coaches on BAND during the week of Summer Camp.

 


 

 

All practices are optional, but attendance is encouraged because:

  • Running with groups makes it easier and more fun!
  • Getting it over in the coolest time of the day is healthier and safer.
  • Success will result in the fall!!
  • There will be time trials and you have to pass in order to make the team.  

 

  • All athletes must have a current physical uploaded to Dragonfly. There is a new form this year.
  • You cannot participate in Summer workouts or any practice until you there is one on file that has been updated within the past year!

OFFICIAL PRACTICE
 
Mandatory practice begins - July 28th, 2025

 

SCHOOL STARTS – Tuesday, Aug. 5th, 2025

 

No practice Tuesday, Aug, 5th for the first day of school.

 

* Week of July 28th will begins AM practices - 6:00-7:30 (AM practices will be every morning except for Fridays when runners have a XC meet.) Check band for any updates or changes this week due to pre-planning.

 

No practice Friday, August 30th before Labor Day weekend. 

  

* Beginning in September, morning practices will be on Monday & Wednesdays and afternoon practices will be on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

 

* Morning practices will go until Fall Break.

 

Afternoon practices are 4:00-5:30 at South beginning after Fall Break and on Fridays when they have XC meets.
